Regis reff sheet: Gift for melly

as the title says, this is a gift for ~XxXMelly77XxX
the brother of Xerxes-
unlike xerxes, Regis doesnt have a skull face, infact his face is covered in fine soft silky fur (like the rest of his body) and changes shape when he opens his mouth, he doesnt need to breathe or eat due to the fact he is undead and doesnt often need a mouth, so he doesnt always have one.
The main difference between him and his younger brother Xerxes, is that Regis has colour on him, small red markings that glow when he is angry.

Also, Xerxes and Regis' 'smoking' is different, Xerxes is from what looks like black fire, but doesnt do anything but show his life force (this fire doesnt burn,give light, nor give heat, doesnt do anything its pretty useless) . Regis' is smoke/fog and will give any area he is stood in a slightly misty atmosphere.

Both Xerxes and Regis can always be seen by very small children who show no fear nor understanding, pure innocence. And dying, they can sometimes be seen by close friends or family of a dying person.
They can choose to be seen by anyone, but dying and children are always able to see them.
